S-Pass
Mid-level skilled workers are permitted to work in Singapore with the S Pass. Candidates must make a minimum of $3,000 per month.
Eligibility
The Employment Pass is for skilled foreign employees who:
— Have a job offer in Singapore.
— Earn a fixed monthly salary that is benchmarked against the top one-third of the local APT workforce by age, as shown below:

— Personal particulars page of candidate’s passport.
If the candidate’s name on the passport differs from that on their other documents, please also upload an explanation letter and supporting documents (e.g., deed poll).
— Company’s latest business profile or instant information registered with ACRA.

Application Procedure
You must complete all the following:
-Buy the Primary Care Plan for workers who stay in dormitories or work in the CMP sectors, after receiving the in-principle approval letter.
-Before the S Pass can be issued, make a declaration on my MOM that you have bought the PCP.
To receive their passes, candidates must be completely immunized against COVID-19 using WHO EUL vaccinations (with booster, if eligible).
