Application Procedure
To receive their passes, dependents must be completely immunized against COVID-19 with WHO EUL vaccinations (with booster, if eligible).
The application can be submitted at the same time as the main pass holder's work pass application or at a later time. Apply separately for each member of the family.
We won't be able to extend the visit pass if the foreign national is already in Singapore and has a visit pass that will expire before the dependent's pass is issued.
Only once the pass has been authorized should you let the foreign visitor in. They don't have to be in Singapore when you apply, and their visit pass cannot be extended.
The Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) will issue a Special Pass to parents of children born in Singapore. You can apply for a Dependant's Pass throughout the six-week validity period of this pass.
